While its release comes in the midst of the “HOUSE THIS.”—101 consecutive days of remixes that rework popular songs into house tracks journey that Kratex is taking us on, it manages to be one of the freshest takes on the track in a minute. The original “God’s Plan” is Drake’s 2018 single. Kratex’s version shifts the vocal and melodic material onto a tech house framework—steady drums, a different low-end drive, and a club-oriented arrangement rather than the original’s midtempo bounce.
