The original “Disease” is Lady Gaga’s 2024 single from the album Mayhem. Kahrise has been circulating tech house-oriented material; VOCAT has also been active with electronic releases and commented under the post that “all the baddies need this.” Their version takes the vocal and melodic material from Gaga’s track and places it in a dance/EDM arrangement suited to fuck the clubs up. File under Tech House.
