You already know that Ottawa-based producer and DJ So Durand is a key driver of modern club culture. As the co-founder of the Pull Up Ottawa event series and the mastermind behind Something Public Records. His latest release, the Nearly at the Hilltop EP, drops us right into the heart of late-2000s white-label culture, leaning hard into early dubstep, 2-step, and UK garage.
