Herobust – Skurt Reynolds

Fuuuurq. UMM loud. Think of the last thing (could be anything) that out did itself repeatedly, over and over like 5 times. Then think of how it did what it did. Then hit play ‘Skurt Reynolds’ . ^^ Then, pull yourself up on the floor and repeat play.

The Daily Dose

Another beautiful day – a perfect opportunity to enjoy some new tunes in the sun! Today we’ve got a mix of RnB, house and future vibes. Pay attention – lots of up and comers in here!

Ghost Loft – The Otherside (HVNS Remix)

Too bad really that Mother’s Day has past us by for another year. This would have been the best taste of future music to blast down the block as you pull into her driveway with a bundle of flowers. The volume of the music not so much being the statement, but the volume of “feels” billowing through the windows. The feels.

From: Me to you.
Produced by LA based HVNS

Kartell – All I Have feat. J – Rican

Through the label under is own personal oversee Parisian Kartell has released a new one. As per usual, his unusually aloof way of gently swishing his mastery of the most OG chilling tracks into your dome piece is in full effect. The single comes from what is said to be a six track EP entitled ‘Tender Games’ . #RocheMusique

Butler & Bontan – Live My Life feat. Vula

Paroozing through the tube of you and through the music’s of circa 08, many an old school name came up. Including that of the beloved Basement Jaxx. Amongst the freshest of the fresh to this day. This merits mention, not just because of Vula’s soulFULL presence on the track before you now. But also by the undeniably UK House lain down by Butler & Bontan for the all together Ultra Music release.

HANA – Clay

If you’re a fan of Grimes, and other rad experimental up and comers, you should DEFINITELY hop on this young talented musician. Loving this laid back 80’s vibe. I can see big things on the horizon for this young girl. Glad this hit my inbox for sure.

“A new female singer/songwriter has popped up in the mix recently, and she goes by the name of HANA. She’s currently being mentored by Canadian songwriter/producer Grimes and her accomplice Blood Diamond and could be the next big thing. Her track “Clay,” of which her and Blood Diamonds produced, that was just released has a transparency to it, giving her voice a raw aspect that ranges all over the choral map. Check it out, and if you dig, keep an eye out for HANA in the future.”

Turnt up Tuesdays

Yo guys, got some tracks I thought y’all would dig today! It’s a pretty eclectic mix, but I had to pass them along. I’ve been digging more downtempo styled RnB influenced music lately, and it’s been growing in me ever since. Some of that new from Oshi, On and On Records, etc.

Enjoy!
