Get yourself some MC Hammer pants, fill them with McDonalds play place balls, then pull string them loose in the middle of a yoga class. Then, and only then, will the full wonderful vibe of Alkalino’s Rework become apparent.

Yello – Oh Yeah (Alkalino Rework)
Daft Punk | Random Access Memories | The Collaborators: Giorgio Moroder
This is going to be record of the year. Even if it’s bad, it will still be good.

cvrlcvrl is the borther of djbutcherr, a real heavy in the drums kind of guy, clothed in an insurmountable amount of steeze. Apparently this trait runs in the family.

Now we venture into the more dreamy escapades of TWIGG. Just get familiar with this guy. His catalog is , well, stacked. Go to his house party.

Yoroku Saki is from Boogie Wonderland, Canada. If said Boogie Wonderland feels and sounds anything like this, I need to go to there. Get ready to chill down.

95 Royale – Love Me Back
It’s been a short number of months since 95 Royale first hit up my inbox, November 2012 if memory serves. In that time the Brisbane based producer has gone from free agent offering free downloads, to purchasable downloads via Beatport released by various labels. Disco Future Records & 4Disco Records amongst others. It’s been great watching this process unfold so quickly and work so well in such a short period of time.

Tamia – So Into You (WMNSTUDIES Bootleg)
Couple of Canadian axis operators these guys are. An instant favourite group once their catalog blipped, radar styles. The duo just upped this as a free after about a month. So get it.

myles AWAY – This Ain’t War
Given that Dubstep is just shy of a ‘no no’ word it’s presence here is hardly felt. Mainstream perception, and more importantly “EDM” aside, there always has been and always will be GOOD, dubstep, truer to the origins and devoid of Skillex influence. myles AWAY refreshigly remains dedicated to the genre in a non bastardizing way. Like for a download then look up the EP, ‘New Model #9.’
Marcus Price & Carli – Flaska & Bas (Ben Aqua Remix)
King web 1.0 weird boy Ben Aqua, creator of #feelings, certainly leaves his own brand by simply keeping the chorus, extending it, and removing the the club bass supported versus by the Swedish rap duo’s original. 100% #Feelings, no doubt, but, some good has been definitely been misplaced. See / listen to the difference in the music video.

CHIEFI vs SALEM – ZONE 666
Witch House meets it’s close spouse, and plausible father, trap / southern rap.
So Salem turns out to be a great cushion for CHiEFi’s half evil/half abstract trap stylings, delivered in a vaguely Gucci-esque gruff whisper flow. More of this would be nice. – Steady Bloggin
