It says a lot about a song when I read the name of the group or artist and I am like, WTF is THIS SHIT?! How the fuck am I supposed to figure out , the fuck this means. …the fuck? and I’m rightfully annoyed yo. Like, its late. it’s one am and this mutherfucker making me think and shit. trying to solve some goddamn name puzzle. rlumr or whtaever the fuck. i literally got mad while writing this. But I like this shit man. This song is good. There is no doubt about it. So ima post some sideways love on here. you go girl. you go… oh and it just dawned on me. the name of the damn song is “frustrated” further driving the point home that this guy is on some annoying artsy shit fuckin wit my mind fam.

I figure if I post enough of these guys’ music, I too will be their friend. I mean… Look at their name! Wouldn’t it be dope to be such good friends that you literally make a band and name it two friends? It’s cooler than Drake’s no new friends slogan and t shirts yo. I once had a rap group with my best friend and we named it Pen Pals. But due to my whiteness, it kinda didn’t pop off like that. Sooooo. I came across a song I like, with a really long-ass press release. So normally I shall do what I do when that happens… which is

talk about myself!

I tried riding a bike this morning. It’s been quite a few years and it’s terribly hilly around these parts. Needless to say, in about half a minute up the first hill, I started understanding the need for spandex. Within five minutes I almost got struck by 3 different cars and had a Spanish construction worker spray me with a water hose because his friends thought it would be funny. I came home 15 minutes after, suffering from a mild asthma attack and proceeded to stuff my face with chocolate. Fuck a bike ride.

Tülpa – Fall Into Me

Tulpa’s music is a melodious marriage of sentimental piano and gliding synths, the perfect thing to lift your spirits amidst a little mid-day contemplation, or maybe that time of day when the sun’s going down and the light is bleeding golden shafts through the leaves. I’ve been listening to his stuff watching all the spring time cotton puffs float through the air in slow motion and it’s been swell. If I could I would totally put “Wave” at the end of a movie where the guy finally gets the girl.

The LA-based producer has also been collaborating with Canadian vocalist BLANKTS. Bouncy beats to make your heart smile.

Some of his music reminds me of the Her soundtrack that Arcade Fire did (Song on the Beach/Photograph). Ya feel me?
