“Moduloktopus rises again blurring genres back to the roots of Jungle and the Bass heavy Dirty South. Influenced by the Drum n bass from LTJ Bukem, Shy FX, Goldie, Roni Size etc… the Music Chameleon decides to pay a tribute to the breakbeat movement and people who come from a its common ground. The title “Wiggizm” originates from the myriad ways of creatively “Wiggin Out” aka Combining a wild imagination to push dance music forward. Also it ironically relates with the artist’s actual birth name. The track is no exception to the description at hand, as the vibrant marriage of heavy 808s and chopped up Old-school breaks create a Hi Octane atmosphere behind the shivering melodic narrative. It remakes the old into the new the same way Jungle did in its origins.”
